    I have used Netflix w/out problems for quite a while. Recently, Because I can obtain newer movies for less elsewhere, I canceled my DVD/mail subscription. Shortly after,EVERY time I accessed my account to search available movies, the ONLY choices I am given are ones I've already watched & rated or ones that I have profiled as "never watch" , do not like, etc.. I've called customer service twice and have always talked to a friendly representative. Both times the Reps. were stumped as to the reason or what to do.
